To really understand how BWM fosters such an environment of excellence, Aileen is quick to explain in eloquent terms that the leadership exhibited by Rick and Tom – their vision for Benchmark and the service they provide – underlies everything they do. The bar is set very high. They expect a lot from themselves, each other, and the team. Rick and Tom have instilled in her a deep sense of commitment to their clients and personal satisfaction in her role. She’s been encouraged to think like an owner, and she does. With BWM since 2016, Aileen facilitates all aspects of the service relationship, interfacing with clients and other financial institutions to ensure clients’ needs are being met. Before relocating to the Connecticut shoreline with her family, Aileen, a California native, spent over 20 years in the legal industry in Los Angeles. She has a BA in Liberal Arts with an English Emphasis from Long Beach State. She raised two wonderful daughters, and honorably describes motherhood as the best work she’ll ever do.
